The Magic Continues: Michael Jackson's Hologram Hits Vegas via Cirque du Soleil's "One"

Well finally...a virtural Michael Jackson has appeared! I know Michael is somewhere pissed Tupac was the first music legend to do it...but according to those who witnessed the hologram of Michael in Vegas Thursday night...virtual Michael may be the best hologram thus far!

According to Forbes, Michael's hologram appeared towards the end of Michael Jackson's ONE, a joint venture between Cirque du Soleil and Jackson's estate. The singer's virtual image appeared from a cloud of gold pixie dust and from there delivered "a rousing rendition of 'Man In The Mirror.'" According to eyewitnesses, Jackson's hologram danced around the stage as a group of dancers swirled around him, moving in unison...quite reminiscent of a living Michael Jackson's concert. The hologram of Michael apparently even drops to one knee, similar to what the late legend would do in the past while performing 'Man In The Mirror'. What we love to hear is, the virtual Michael even briefly transforms into a Jackson 5 era Michael Jackson, from there the hologram image evaporates.

We would love to see a full out Michael Jackson tour with his hologram. If we were planning the concert...lol...we would create a hologram from each era of his life, i.e. from the Jackson 5 era all the way to "This is It." Take the audience through a time machine...dance machine!!

We have a feeling Michael would love all of this new technology! He loved magic and he always wanted to wow the crowd! Something tells us, if he were living...and got older...he would have invested his time and energy into creating a hologram of himself going on tour...with that...he would not have to personally hit the stage as his show would be hard for a person in his 50s and 60s to do, but his likeness would continue on and his fans would be happy to still experience...Michael Jackson!

The owner of Hampton Blu, Stacey Brewer, has had the pleasure of going to a Michael Jackson concert, she says, "the man had an energy like no other."

Virtual Michael will never be able to duplicate a living Michael's energy...but at least future generations can get a hint via his hologram.

VIDEO: Jay-Z's Roc Nation Sports Signs Jets' Geno Smith

Jay-Z is definitely not worried about the Foxy Brown's tabloid drama...he continues to follow his passion of sports and doing big things with his newly formed agency, Roc Nation Sports.

After weeks of speculation, rookie quarterback Geno Smith announced Wednesday that he has hired Jay-Z's Roc Nation Sports to represent him.

Smith, who created national headlines when he fired his original agents after falling out of the first round in last month's draft, hinted that the marketing appeal of Roc Nation Sports was a factor in his decision.

During an interview with the NY Daily News, Eugene revealed that Jay-Z only played a minor role in why he chose to sign with Roc Nation.

“The only thing that’s important to be is the image that is perceived around this lockerroom, the guy that I am to my teammates, to my coaches and the work that I put in on the football field.. I’m all about football. I’m all about getting better and that’s the one thing that I’m focused on: Better myself daily and prepare myself to be there when the time comes.” 

“I don’t worry about the outside world’s perception. I’m comfortable with who I am, strong in my faith. I know that this isn’t because of an image thing or trying to market myself. It’s just being comfortable with the guys who’s going to represent me. That’s ultimately why I made that decision.”

Foxy Brown Denies Calling Jay-Z a STD infected "Tranny Chaser," Threatens Legal Action

Yikes! Foxy Brown, Jay-Z's former protege, denies that she is writing a tell all on Jay-Z and Beyonce. The raptress is also denying claims that she called Jay-Z a "tranny chaser" who took her virginity and gave her gonorrhea.

Brown told TMZ, "[t]he atrociousness of this story has sickened me to my stomach. Any and everyone involved will be contacted by my attorney."

"In all my years in the music industry, these are the most disgusting and disrespectful allegations I've ever experienced. This is a fictitious story."

"NO audio, visual or written interview, concocted with malicious intent."

"Jay has only been wonderful to me and my family, a great friend through the years I've known him and we had nothing but great success as a team."

"Beyonce, his wife, has always been gracious and sweet to me ... I will NOT let any undercover hater create discord and disrespect my name and reputation."

"This disrespect will NOT be tolerated."

Foxy Brown has spoken! But what's weird about this story is that this is an old rumor. Some blogs reported that Foxy Brown was talking reckless about Jay-Z two years ago...I don't understand why she is responding now? Perhaps she just learned of the rumor.

Recently, Will Smith was asked about his music career and the rapper, turned superstar actor, mentioned how he has been in the studio with Kanye West.  However, Smith mentioned he is not sure he will do a full out single or album. Smith says, "he has to be truly inspired" before he pursues music again. He did mention, Kanye has been pushing him a little bit, however. Will Smith and Kanye West, would be an interesting match. We are curious to hear the music.

Will Smith caught a little bit of the music "bug" recently when he appeared on Letterman to promote his new film, After Earth, co-starring his son, Jaden [See video below].

VIDEO: Hologram of Apple's Steve Jobs?

TMZ recently interviewed Tim Cook of Apple after he appeared at a hearing regarding Apple's payment of taxes (Cook states Apple pays every tax dollar they owe); TMZ mentioned the Steve Jobs hologram and Cook did not exactly deny the possibility of a virtual Jobs appearing at Apple's next public event. He simply stated, "he cannot comment on that."

Perhaps holograms will be in demand beyond the music industry...as we remember a hologram of Tupac last year. This year we will see a hologram of Eazy E and Ol' Dirty Bastard. It definitely would be cool to see one of Steve Jobs. Apple is one of the biggest leaders in technology, it would be fitting for them to jump on the hologram craze. Perhaps they will have a feature one day on their phones that allows us to create our own hologram...actually that would be a bit spooky. But the Jobs hologram sounds great! He is the legend and true face of Apple. We are sure the consumers would be pleased to see the "virtual Jobs."

EXCLUSIVE PHOTO: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Having a Girl?

Many are speculating that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are having a girl due to the invite to their baby shower, due to their invites showcasing a  pink ballerina twirling in a box. 

TMZ was able to get some pics of the invite that was sent to the Kardashian clan. It's a box with a pink ballerina (Kanye's fave image it seems), who looks like Kim (of course), twirling around inside to a lullaby version of 'Ye's song "Hey Mama."  Kanye wrote the song for his own mother Donda West back in 2000 and it appeared on his 2005 Late Registration album. 

Of course we will not know for sure the sex of the baby until Kanye and Kim verify...as this invite could be all about the couple and not the child. We shall see.

Chris Brown encountered some car trouble on Tuesday afternoon when he rear ended a vehicle in Beverly Hills. 

The singer was in the car with his on again and off again GF  Karrueche Tran. Allegedly the singer was headed to the studio when his black Range Rover bumped into a black Mercedes sedan. Luckily, no one was hurt and cops were not called to the scene, but Chris did exchange insurance and contact information with the driver.
